May proved to be the top-selling month overall, however research shows the single best day on average to be June 28th. The data appears to be collected from 2011 to 2017. According (ATTOM) to the data posted on the citation, more homes were sold in June but the seller’s premium was 0.1% higher in May (1. Morad).
